Check the exact model. A Quest 3 facial interface will not automatically fit a Quest 3S. Controller grips, charging docks and gunstocks may also require a specific controller or configuration.
Match your play style. A battery strap or power bank helps with playtime. For wired PC VR, a suitable link cable connects the headset and a pulley keeps the cable out of your way. A cable does not make an unsupported headset PC VR ready.

What should I buy first for Quest 3 or 3S?
If the stock strap feels uncomfortable or the battery ends sessions early, start with a compatible battery strap or power bank. If controllers slip during active games, look at Quest 3/3S specific knuckle grips.
Will Quest 3 accessories fit Quest 3S?
Some straps and controller grips support both models, but facial interfaces do not automatically cross over. Check the exact model on every product page, especially for docks and cases.
Can a carrying case hold a battery strap?
Not always. Kiwi Design lists the compact P4 case for Quest headsets with their standard straps and says bulky battery or halo straps may not fit. Measure your assembled setup before buying a case.
