Before you factory reset a Meta Quest
A factory reset is the destructive option: it removes local account information, downloaded apps, and local files from the headset. It does not guarantee that every app restores the same data afterward. Copy important recordings first, check whether supported apps used Cloud Backup, and make sure you can sign back into the paired Meta account.
