An endless runner game with Ratchet and Clank?

Sony just released these two new screenshots for Ratchet and Clank: Into The NEXUS. What is interesting about these two screens is their quality and we think there is more to that.

This cannot be the PS3 version, it can't look that bad. We also don't believe that this is the PS Vita version, again, it can't look that bad. So from which version of the game are these screenshots? Maybe a PS Mobile game? Maybe an endless runner game? We think that cause of the two indicators in the top left. The top looks like the score and the bottom one, maybe the meters you have run? Or is it a "DLC" to Playstation All Stars mobile game? There is no comparison between the images above and the one below. These are definitely two different games.
