Son of Nor Kickstarter payment problems resolved

The Son of Nor Kickstarter campaign suffered some minor errors yesterday when the payment mechanism was temporarily shut down between the hours of 14.30 and 16.30 CST. Stillalive studios has released this statement to people who tried to pledge at this time and were unable to do so. The payment facility is now up and running again and all pledges will now be able to be processed.

“We were made aware that in the middle of the afternoon for the USA yesterday the Amazon payment system failed for our Kickstarter campaign. It was fixed and reinstated as soon as possible but we have been informed that many people tried and failed to pledge their support for our project. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and are saddened that some who were looking to support us were not able. We hope very much that these people will revisit the campaign and pledge again. The service is now completely up and running and we encourage people who were not able to pledge to do so now. We have been overwhelmed so far with the support we have received, both in pledges and through the comments on the Kickstarter page and our social media outlets. So, many, many thanks and hopefully we can get back on track and hit our goal by 30th May to make Son of Nor a reality very soon!” Said Julian Mautner, founder of stillalive studios
