Capcom announce that Tap Tip Block’em is now available on iOS devices for a discounted price of £0.69 until July 4th. Tap Tip Block’em puts the player in the slippers of Nick, a nice young man who is about to get married. There is only one problem; monsters keep him from getting any sleep! Nick must stay awake to keep the zombies and other creatures out of his house by boarding up the windows, putting chains on the door and other ways to block the entry of these unearthly visitors until the sun comes up.

The demo allows players to experience the beginning of the game – the world is in turmoil, the Titans have devastated everything in their path with unstoppable force. Only the city of Caldera, where the headquarters of the Inquisition are located, offers a place of refuge for the people. It is repeatedly attacked by sea monsters, and supply ships are sunk en route. Nobody knows how long the walls will hold; food and weapons are gradually running out. The nameless hero sets out on a mission to put an end to the sea monsters once and for all.

EA and NHL.com announced that Philadelphia Flyers forward Claude Giroux has been selected by fans as the EA SPORTS NHL 13 cover athlete. Giroux beat Nashville Predators goalie Pekka Rinne in the final of the first ever EA SPORTS NHL Cover Vote campaign by less than a one percent margin, in what was the closest matchup of the entire campaign.
