Filament Dev Diary Released

Ahead of next year's anticipated release of Filament, Kasedo Games & Beard Envy have revealed an exclusive look into the making of the upcoming puzzle game with the first in a series of short dev featurettes.

Developed by three friends in the front room of their shared house, Filament is a story-rich and fully narrated puzzle game centered around solving sets of cable-based puzzles whilst exploring a seemingly abandoned spaceship.

The episodes show viewers the complexity and variety of puzzles on offer and also give an insight into how the game was made in 1-2 minute short videos, the first of a continuing series is available now on the Kasedo Games YouTube channel.

Filament lets you freely explore the mysterious ship, solving over 300 challenging and varied puzzles in (almost) any order you like.

Search crew logs, messages, records, and personal items found around the ship on your quest for the truth as to what has happened aboard The Alabaster. Learn who the crew was, and maybe in doing so, find out why they left.

Filament will release for PC & Consoles next year.

Terminator: Resistance Review

This game kicks ass! To be completely honest, I wasn’t really expecting much from this game since well, it’s a game based on a movie and we all know how great those games always are… Terminator: Resistance captures the one thing movie games usually fail every time, the look, feel and atmosphere of the movie they are based upon or in this case the 3-minute clip at the start of Terminator 2: Judgement Day. I’ve always like that sequence since it was an amazing sequence and set the stakes for what was bound to happen.
