Game of Thrones RPG Review

Let me just start by saying that Game of Thrones on HBO is my one of my favorite shows on TV. The universe George R.R Martin created is truly amazing. An epic universe full of flawed heroes, intrigue, betrayal, murky morals, sex, understandable villains and much more. Season 2 just ended and it was truly epic. So an RPG game set in this universe sound great, right?

Crysis Console Edition Review

In Crysis you play as Nomad, a “super soldier”, who is part of a special team sent to a remote island in the Pacific to rescue a group of scientists who are being held hostages by North Korean troops. In the island these scientists have found some strange “things” and they believe that they aren’t from this world. Later these “things” turn out to be aliens and you mist fight them to save the world. Yea yea no big surprise there, the story in Crysis isn’t that strong, but that doesn’t mean it’s weak. It’s, lets say, okay.

In Floating Cloud God Saves the Pilgrims, a side-scrolling shooter, you take control of the Cloud God, a lion looking creature which fly around using well, clouds. Your task is protecting your worshipers or in this case the Pilgrims. They have to travel through different “world”, five to be exact, to reach the sacred place. But getting there is no easy task. Here the Cloud God comes in. As the level starts the Pilgrims start their journey. Different types of enemies try to “kill” the Pilgrims, so you as the Cloud God must defeat them first. Your weapon? Clouds!

Closure Review – Don’t forget the light

Closure is like nothing you’ve ever played. Believe it or not, this game, made by three people, is one of the best puzzles out there right now. Light and darkness mechanics are used in many games, but none uses them like Closure does.Closure began as a web-browser game which was released in 2009. Immediately it became a hit, so the developers, Eyebrow Interactive, decided to release it again as an exclusive for the PS3, sure a more bigger and better game.

PayDay The Heist Review

A game that lets you rob a bank? Bring it on. PayDay: The Heist is the first game from Overkill Software. Featuring a similar formula to the Left 4 Dead series, the game puts you in charge of completing challenging heists cooperatively with up to three friends or solo with the help of three bots. The overall package is a fun and a welcome addition to the PlayStation Network and PC.

Sniper Elite V2 Review

Sniper Elite V2 is the direct sequel to the 2005 Sniper Elite. I rememeber the time when I played the first one in my PS2. Sniper Elite offered a lengthy single-player game full of tense and rewarding moments, but it required a lot of patience to truly enjoy. And with V2, Rebellion delivers the same experience.
