When it comes to pinball games you may have heard of Zen Studios. In the past couple of years they created some of the best pinball games or let’s just say tables available for consoles right now. Putting a story into a pinball table is just crazy, right? But the guys and gals over at Zen Studios have been doing this for so long with the Marvel Pinball franchise and the latest addition to it, Avengers Chronicles, is their best yet!

Let me just start by saying that Game of Thrones on HBO is my one of my favorite shows on TV. The universe George R.R Martin created is truly amazing. An epic universe full of flawed heroes, intrigue, betrayal, murky morals, sex, understandable villains and much more. Season 2 just ended and it was truly epic. So an RPG game set in this universe sound great, right?
In Crysis you play as Nomad, a “super soldier”, who is part of a special team sent to a remote island in the Pacific to rescue a group of scientists who are being held hostages by North Korean troops. In the island these scientists have found some strange “things” and they believe that they aren’t from this world. Later these “things” turn out to be aliens and you mist fight them to save the world. Yea yea no big surprise there, the story in Crysis isn’t that strong, but that doesn’t mean it’s weak. It’s, lets say, okay.
Welcome to the universe of Awesomenauts. An universe where everyone fight for the control of the extremely rare mineral, Solar. There are two factions, Red and Blue. These two factions have hired the mercenary group “Awesomenauts”, to help them capture or destroy the enemies Solar Mines. As I said before this is a MOBA game. Yes Sugar High feels and plays like Tiny Wings (which is not a bad thing), but it also introduces new cool gameplay mechanics and a super cute protagonist. I mean, how can you not love Biscuit? Also the most important thing, it’s only 0.99$. So what are you waiting, buy this game!
In Floating Cloud God Saves the Pilgrims, a side-scrolling shooter, you take control of the Cloud God, a lion looking creature which fly around using well, clouds. Your task is protecting your worshipers or in this case the Pilgrims. They have to travel through different “world”, five to be exact, to reach the sacred place. But getting there is no easy task. Here the Cloud God comes in. As the level starts the Pilgrims start their journey. Different types of enemies try to “kill” the Pilgrims, so you as the Cloud God must defeat them first. Your weapon? Clouds!
Closure is like nothing you’ve ever played. Believe it or not, this game, made by three people, is one of the best puzzles out there right now. Light and darkness mechanics are used in many games, but none uses them like Closure does.Closure began as a web-browser game which was released in 2009. Immediately it became a hit, so the developers, Eyebrow Interactive, decided to release it again as an exclusive for the PS3, sure a more bigger and better game.
