Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Doesn't Have Singleplayer

Why even call this Black Ops 4 if it doesn't even have a single player blockbuster campaign mode?! I mean they say that they have interwoven story elements to the multiplayer modes, but we all know how awesome story bits thrown into multiplayer can be like *cough Titanfall cough*.

The game, of course, it looks good. Multiplayer is boots on the ground this time around, so no boost jumping all over the place. Zombies looks cool, but it's not something I'm really into. And the big new thing, a battle royale is coming to Call of Duty. How that would work, only the Treyarch guys know at the moment, but we may see something during E3 this year. Battle royale games are the sh*t right now, everyone is jumping on that bandwagon. Scrapping a blockbuster campaign entirely for a battle royale mode, it kinda sucks.

But in the end, who knows? Maybe Treyarch knows what they are doing and this battle royale mode will be the best thing that has ever happened to Call of Duty since Modern Warfare, only time will tell. Until then, you are more than welcome to watch this barrage of gameplay videos they just released.
