F.I.S.T. Forged in Shadow Torch is a new 3D dieselpunk Metroidvania platformer developed by TiGames and published by Bilibili Game. Announced during the PlayStation State of Play, F.I.S.T. Forged in Shadow Torch is scheduled for release at PlayStation on September 7th 2021. You can watch the announcement trailer here to learn more about the upcoming game.

F.I.S.T. Forged in Shadow Torch puts players into a uniquely stylised world inhabited by animals, where the player takes control of Rayton – a rabbit protagonist wielding a giant fist as his weapon of choice. As a former soldier, Rayton starts his journey across Torch City to rescue his friend who was forcibly arrested by the invading Legion.

A Sophisticated and Interconnected Game Map with Countless Secrets

Explore a Metroidvania game world with dozens of areas with distinguishing vision themes and level designs, earning rewards by conquering the challenges of combats, puzzles, and platformers in countless chambers, tunnels, and shortcuts. The interconnected and automatically loading game map makes the detailed Torch City more convincing, life-like, and beautiful.

Arcade-styled Combat System with Three Unique Weapons

Master the Fist, the Drill, and the Whip. Depending on the situation on the battlefield, switch your advantages between long hits, high damage, and wide-range attacks to take every enemy standing in front of you down.

Dozens of enemies wielding their own unique weapons will challenge you with exquisite cooperation tactics, and various bosses with totally different combat patterns means you’ll never have a repeat experience.

A Unique Dieselpunk Aesthetic Powered by Unreal Engine 4

There’s a unique combination of dieselpunk aesthetics and oriental-style architecture that constructs the core visual style of Torch City. Effectively exposing the world to the intense conflict between the furry animals and the mechanical army, just from their appearance in nature. Powered by Unreal Engine 4 with based rendering and extremely detailed textures, the result is a gorgeous 3D visual performance that pushes the genre to a whole new level.
