Orbsorb Review

Orbsorb is a super fun and addictive game that should not be missed!

Orbsorb is a new puzzle game that it is really intuitive and easy to get into, but really hard to master. The premise is super simple, you have to absorb orbs the same color as your, let's call it, ship and you have to protect your ship by the other colored orbs by using your own orb to destroy what is coming towards you.

And you control your orb by moving your finger in 360 degrees around a virtual circle that can appear anywhere in the screen. In the beginning the number of orbs that come flying at you is small, but as you progress their number increases and so does their speed and their "shapes" as in arrow heads, spirals, lighting bolts and many other shapes. Also the intensity of the color switch of your ship increases drastically the more you survive. That's it, the whole game. Simple yet quite hard and addictive as f*ck!

Presentation is fantastic too. It sports a very minimalist look with a vibrant color choice for the orbs. The background music is fast, rhythmic and fantastic and does not distract you. The only problem I have with the game is that the colors orange and red are kinda hard, at least for me, to distinct when orbs fly at high speeds, but that can be sorted out within the next update, I guess.

My advice: Get the game now as it is free for a limited time cause it is a blast to play!
